This Sunday’s treat will be Swedish style thin crust pizza with my favourite toppings; beef tenderloin (filet de bœuf), shredded smoked ham, Champignon mushroom and sauce béarnais. A pizza doesn’t get more gourmet than this, I tell ya. Well except for the ghormesabzi pizza, that is!lol And the best part is that I get to enjoy it in the company of an angel! Yes, an ethereal angel who decended to my rescue earlier today and helped me out with today’s organising project. You have a way of knowing when I’m in distress “T”, I don’t know how you do it but I’m grateful that you do! Thank you sweetie.
